International Orders
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the U.S., Europe, and most other countries. For example, shipping a pair of shoes starts at US$11 for delivery in the U.S. and US$12 (about EURO €9.79) for delivery in Europe.
For estimated shipping costs to your location go to "View Cart". Then click on "Shipping: Estimate" and put in your address. You will see the different shipping options and costs for your location.
How long does it take?
Once your order is shipped the time depends on your location and the shipping method.
For example the most inexpensive shipping method to the U.S. would take about 5-7 days.
2 day shipping would take (as you would expect) two days, but it would cost more.
What about free shipping?
There is free ground shipping to the U.S. for orders over US$200 (about EURO €163.20)
Are there any handling fees?
There is a standard handling fee of US$2.99
(about EURO €2.44)
per order (not per item). There is no extra handling charge for international orders.
